Through the San Francisco Human Services Agency Rental Assistance and Rent Subsidy Program, the Human Services Agency (HSA) partners with several non-profit organizations to help low income individuals and families at risk of homelessness maintain their housing or provide financial assistance to households moving into permanent housing. These services include rent arrearges, one-time rental assistance, security deposit assistance, legal services, and counseling
